
Todd Nettleton is the Director of Media Development for The Voice of the Martyrs, working with the media to tell the stories of persecuted Christians to people in the United States. Todd has done more than 1,000 media interviews sharing the stories of the persecuted church. In his role with VOM, he has met with Christians who face persecution in many countries, including Sudan, China, Egypt, Turkey, Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar (Burma) and Azerbaijan. He's also been a part of the writing team for VOM in the writing of Extreme Devotion and Hearts of Fire, available from the W Publishing Group, and for FOXE: Voices of the Martyrs, available in June, 2007, from Bridge-Logos Publishers. Todd was the principle writer for a VOM book about the history of the church in North Korea, a book that will be released in late 2007.
Todd is a former sports writer and a graduate of Bartlesville Wesleyan College (now Oklahoma Wesleyan University). He has done postgraduate work at the University of Oklahoma.
The son of missionary parents, Todd did part of his growing up in Papua New Guinea, and the rest in Southern California.
Todd and his wife, Charlotte, have two sons. In his spare time, Todd enjoys reading, music, writing and sports, especially golf. He is the commissioner of a fantasy football league and is taking guitar lessons.
